Advance Directive

I can’t say enough positive things about Fennell, Briasco & Associates. Would absolutely recommend

I hired this firm after they were recommended to me by a friend. As a woman going through a divorce in Cherokee County from my ex-Wife, I wanted a lawyer who was going to take my case seriously and be able to protect the interests of myself and my children in the event we made it into a Courtroom. Lu...ckily, Caryn was able to help me settle my case in mediation, which was a big win for me. Caryn was patient with my case and allowed me the time I requested to work on a settlement directly with my spouse, yet was always ready to step in and protect my legal interests when the communication between us broke down and became impossible to navigate on my own. Her staff was friendly and responsive, even if she wasn’t immediately available. She showed up at mediation well prepared and made me feel comfortable knowing the things that were most important to me were priorities to her as well. She was EXTREMELY conscious of my financial position and discussed options in my case in advance to help guide me through the process. Caryn is passionate about the best interest of her clients and that was evident to me throughout the course of my case by her zealous representation. Divorce is like a death. It’s an end to a life together and the beginning to trials and tribulations. When you are going through such a life changing occurrence you truly need to hire an attorney that will be there to hold you up when you can’t stand. To encourage you when you feel helpless and ma...kes you feel like you are not alone. To withstand the battle that you’re in and take you under her wing. That attorney is Caryn Fennell. She has gone far beyond the call of duty as an attorney. She will take all the time needed to help you understand and guide you through your trials and tribulations. It's simply amazing how she will ensure that you are okay each step of the way. When I say she's an amazing attorney, I truly mean it. She will get to the bottom of every misconception; any untruths told and advise you to never lie to her. She wants to help you and encourage you to keep yourself in check and on the up and up with every step you take. At times, she’ll take you on a legal path and you will need to say Caryn, I don’t understand, please say that in English - LOL. She’ll advise you to not leave out any details and most importantly listen to her advice, because she has your best interest at heart. I’m eternally grateful that she was the attorney chosen first; because I have friends that chose other attorney's and the job preformed wasn't adequate, and how costly this is after you've spent so much money. If you want an attorney to uphold the law with integrity and grit she’s your attorney and she will NOT disappoint you. The divorce isn't finalized yet, but each day is hard work with emotions, trials and fighting for custody. Most divorces are messy and lots to be aired out but having an attorney you can trust and converse with daily, if needed, is unique. She will be there to ease your worry and will fight to the end for you and that too is simply golden. She knows the law and before you know it she will know your case better than you do. The law firm of Caryn S. Fennel is exceptional!

I was severely effected by a condition called ADEM (acute disseminated encephalo myylitis) from the administration of a flu shot at a Walgreens in 2014. I was hospitalized and treated with high dose prednisone which caused a condition of temporary steroid phychosis. In adition due to the effect this ...had on my right temporal lobe in my brain (which originally presented as brain tumor diagnosis) I was unable to walk normally and still have severe balance issues. Caryn took my case and sued the pharmaceutical vaccine drug fund administered by the federal government vaccine compensation office of the special master in federal district court in Washington D.C. After a lengthy process involving submitting hundreds of pages of medical records and reports from my neurologists, neuro surgeons, physical therapist, and other stakeholders, I was finally offered well under 200k to settle the case. Caryn persued it further and after much back forth negotiations was able to secure an ammount of of almost 200k which I accepted. Caryn was dogged in her representation and secured for me a good deal from a federal agency that normally doesn't award sums larger the 100k. She was persistent and thorough through out the entire process which took about two years to settle. I would defiantly hire her firm if want and need a fighter on your side.
