With all of his hard work it was four years before we were up for trial. But soon after he told the court we were ready for trial he sat down and reviewed the case with the DA. After that meeting the DA decided to give me another deal instead of going to trial. This included me pleading nolo, and paying a fine, I would receive NO points on my license, NO probation, NO community service, NO loss of license, and NO jail time and NO DUI record. He again left the decision up to me, where then I decided to take the plea. With all of this being said, Mr. White was a miracle worker I wouldn’t have known what to do without him and his knowledge.
