Lemon Law Understanding

The lawyer have given me information on what it is to purchase a used car under a no lemon law state and provided helpful information for me to understand.

A Prodigious Attorney!

During a late sleepless night, I was in a state of worry and panic after I purchased a used vehicle for 28K and later learned it had been wrecked. I described my situation via the Avvo website seeking guidance and Mr. Flinn responded swiftly, during the late/early morning hours too. His response dur...ing those late hours, on a weekend exhibited to me an attorney who genuinely cares! I later hired Mr. Flinn to represent me during my legal issue and I must say I have no regrets! I merely wish all attorneys practiced with such expertise, passion and great ethics as Mr. Flinn. Thank You!

Yes it is an amazing feeling when the jury asks "is there a limit on how we can award for damages?" Great client like you make a difference too. Thanks for your review.

Mr. Flinn is the best in Georgia

Mr. Flinn represented me in a lemon law case and never asked for money up front. He took my case to trial, he won and I received the money I spent on the vehicle and monies owed for damages. i am grateful for his knowledge in this matter.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately we could not get you more because the dealer went out of business.

Withdrew after 2 years Invested

Mr Flinn agreed to take our case with retainer agreement that stated we paid no fee unless we recovered judgement, yet 2 plus years into the case after depositions, mediation and paying for reports all paid out of our pocket Mr. Flinn withdrew as counsel from our case with reason being failure to pay... his fees. After his withdraw it left us without counsel and he recorded the wrong address for us on his request so the court used that incorrect to send out our notices which we never received. Although Mr. Flinn couldn't put down the correct address for us with the court he was able to send all of the case files back to me at the correct address once the judge granted his request. We have been informed that we missed a court date because of the incorrect address and our case was dismissed and that now the counter suit was granted and we could be responsible for a judgement as high as $65,000.00. Mr Flinn would not respond to emails or calls. How any Lawyer can guide a client through this convoluted system with professional advise and then step aside and not be held responsible for clients is a joke. Mr Flinn and his office should have trouble sleeping at night and please keep searching for a Lawyer with true Character and Integrity.

An unfortunate fact of representing consumers in these type cases is that sometimes facts turn out to be different or clients don't follow advice. I did withdraw after many months seeking a resolution of a dispute with the client re payment of expenses which I had advanced. I am sorry if the client did not locate other representation.
