Excellent Lawyer who fights for his clients. Most attorneys that I have use makes the case more about them or treat it as a business transaction verses a real life matter. I had small case that no other lawyer would take because it was too much work for not enough money. Mr. Flinn took it and got me a settlement I was happy with. It took a while to get started at first, presumably because he was busy with other cases. His language is straight forward and to the point--...he doesn't waste his time with fluff--it's not rude, that's just how busy lawyers are. With this, he answered all emails in a timely manner and answered all questions. That's really all you can ask of a lawyer. I am thankful for his service, it ended a two-year hopeless nightmare.

We just completed a lemon law proceeding against FCA. Shortly after purchasing our Jeep Cherokee, we had major transmission problems that were not fixed by the dealer. After the final repair attempt, the car broke down on the way back from the dealer (after a new transmission was installed). The d...ealer discouraged me from filing lemon law proceedings and they wanted to give me another FCA vehicle with a credit for some discounted amount below what I had paid. A settlement was offered by FCA that was inadequate. Mr. Flinn's knowledge and 30+ years of experience in dealing with lemon law cases truly helped me in this case. We had the hearing and got everything we asked for from the arbitrator. We had the TAVT tax refunded, interest paid on the loan, dealer junk fees, UBER fees, car rental fees, etc...all refunded. I found him to be responsive to e-mails and very thorough.
