Even my lawyer friends will tell you that I have little to no faith in their profession, but Scott Poole is a major outlier. He is what I wish was a representation for all attorneys. He is trustworthy, forthright, compassionate, and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I was in deep tr...ouble and his expertise and professionalism got me out of that trouble in no time. He got rid of the biggest monkey I've ever had on my back and I am forever indebted to him. We retained Scott's to represent our son who was arrested for attempting to shop-lift a phone case but was caught before departing the merchant. Scott was very firm but compassionate in understanding the facts of the case and laid out a clear plan of action. There was not a question of the facts of... the incident, but Scott was very thorough in gathering the evidence and information so as to determine if the proper protocol was followed.
