I never write reviews, but I had a great experience with Mr. Kim. I wasn’t treated like a number And he made sure I was taken care of the best of his expertise Before and after the trial. Considering I was a out-of-state client thousands of miles away Mr. Kim communicated with me efficiently and got ...the job done with excellent results. The Philip Kim Law is a lawyer that you can trust. Philip is my second lawyer. My first lawyer did not do anything and when we were in court he did not even open his mouth. My understanding of a lawyer is that they should talk to the Judge on my behalf but my first lawyer did not do anything and ...we lost the case. After that, Philip Kim Law called me and told me that my husband was okay and that he would contact me from the jail. After some time, again this happened and I did not hear from my husband. However, Philip Kim Law went back to the jail to visit my husband and made sure that my husband would call me from the jail which he did. We needed a hospital assessment in my husband’s case. The first hospital assessment failed because my husband was depressed and unable to answer their questions. So they didn’t give the admission. Then I had to find another hospital so for the second assessment Philip Kim Law went to the jail to help facilitate the assessment which was successful and we received the admission. The court date Philip Kim WON the case and dismissed the case and my husband was released from jail and he went to a treatment center. I want to recommend Philip Kim Law as your lawyer if you are struggling like me. You can believe him 100% and you can trust Philip Kim Law with your legal case. Three things made my mind more comfortable during my distress time, Philip Kim said: I will do my best I promise. Let me do the job that you hired me to do as your lawyer. So What Was Suppose To Be (What We Thought) An Easy 1,2,3 Case Turned Out To Be A Lengthy 2 Yr Case (Due To COVID Mainly) But Kim Was Very Patient, Communication Was Above Average, He Tried His Best & Kept Asking For Better Results When He Didn’t Like The Offers That Were Given, & He Was Confident At... Initial Contact. I Was Honest With Him And He Was Super Honest With Me About What He Could Do & Was Going To Try To Do. The Best Lawyer I’ve Ever Encountered & Reasonable , Caring (Unlike Most) & Again VERY CONFIDENT Which Is The Best Trait To Have Because If You Doubt Yourself, So Will Everyone Else Doubt The Case You’re Trying To Build And Defend. He Almost Made Me Want To Become A Lawyer Because Of His Character And Truly, There Really Aren’t Many Lawyers Out There That Truly Care About Their Job Or The People They’re Defending; They Just Care About The Money & Doing The Bare Minimum. He Was On Top Of His Game!!! The Best Part About The Case Was Him Getting A Great Deal But We Were Just Waiting For A Court Date. When We Finally Got A Date, The Prosecutor Tried To Give Me The Worst Deal Ever (Over A Super Speeder) But Luckily & Thankfully Mr. Kim Kept Notes To Prove They’ve Already Agreed Upon An Old Deal & Not This New Deal She Pulled Out Her A** !
