I am so happy I found Ms. Andrea. She was so easy to work with. She kept me informed of everything that was happening in my case. She worked with me on a payment plan when other lawyers would not. I even had her cell phone number and was able to immediately contact her. My case was a chapter 7 b...ankruptcy. I was nervous and ashamed that I had to file bankruptcy but Ms. Andrea walked me through the case. She kept me informed every step of the way. Attorney Andrea David-Vega needs to go back for a refresher course in bankruptcy. She advised me that she could probably discharge attorneys fees awarded by family court, which is not true. She also advised me that Chapter 7 was not a viable option if I made too much money, which is not true. Had ...I known that the attorneys fees were not dischargeable, I would have filed an appeal. Instead, I am stuck wtih paying several thousand dollars of attorney fees. Thanks Andrea!
