Estate Plan

Richard Morgan and his entire staff exceeded my expectations by carefully listening and structuring my Trust, Will, POA, and Health Care documents to reflect my wishes. Richard patiently explained in layman’s terms the purpose of each document and the actions I must take to achieve and secure those... goals. Highly Professional Law Firm

The firm of Morgan & DiSalvo is a small but highly professional law firm. We worked with Richard Morgan to update our Wills, Financial Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives for Healthcare. Mr. Morgan took time with us at our first meeting in order to get to know us and most importantly our ...specific needs for estate planning. Estate Planning

My wife and I have a blended family and Richard understood the potential issues far better than we did when we first met. His insight and expertise made the estate planning painless for us, even though it is complicated and important to get it done right. Now that we understand what our plan does t...o protect our descendants, we wonder why so many people choose to ignore this process or try to do this themselves on-line. Estate Plan

Richard Morgan evaluated our estate situation with our specific needs in mind. He reviewed our previous estate documents and focused on our priorities. He is quite knowledgeable and current with regard to estate law and has invested a great deal of time and effort to build a web site that is educat...ional for the consumer. His communication is clear, direct and effective. His staff is courteous and friendly. He updated and amended living revocable trusts for our family and created wills, powers of attorney and healthcare directives. He made the process straightforward and was able to communicate his strategy in ways that were quite understandable to the average layperson. We felt that we were in excellent hands throughout the process. Our advice: Do your homework before selecting a good estate attorney, as we did. We highly recommend Richard Morgan.

Awesome Estate Lawyer

To me, the most important things in this world are accepting Christ as my Savior and living my life for Him, cherishing, loving and being with my precious son God gave to me and having everything prepared, when it's my time to go, to make it easier for him during that difficult time. Richard and his ...staff were amazing to work with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, detailed oriented and patient, when I had to ask him to explain something a dozen times for me because I kept forgetting what he told me. And, his staff was also easy to reach and quick to respond to get the answers that I needed. I highly recommend Morgan & DiSalvo if you're in the Atlanta metro.
