Highly Recommend Morgan and DiSalvo for Estate Planning

We highly recommend Morgan & DiSalvo for estate planning. Over the years, we started the estate planning process with several different firms, but each time we found ourselves overwhelmed, confused, or simply unable to make meaningful progress. That was not the case with Richard Morgan and his tea...m. From our first meeting through the completion of our estate plan, they took the time to educate us, explain our options, answer our questions, and ensure that we understood every step of the process. Their approach was professional, organized, and patient, making what can be a complex and intimidating undertaking feel manageable and straightforward. Most importantly, Richard and his team consistently reviewed details with us and made sure we were comfortable and fully informed before moving forward. We never felt rushed, pressured, or left wondering what came next. If you are looking for an estate planning firm that combines deep expertise with exceptional client service and communication, we would strongly recommend Morgan & DiSalvo. Great estate planner

We used Morgan & DiSalvo for our estate planning needs. Richard was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. The office is very professional and welcoming, communication with the whole team was prompt and detailed. They did a fantastic job.

Very Impressed

We wanted to tell everybody how happy we were with Richard Morgan of Morgan and DiSalvo. We went to see him about setting up a revocable living trust, and updating our wills, power of attorney and health care directives. Before the initial consultation we had with him, we had read a highly recomm...ended book about estate planning. We had about twenty questions for Richard. He knew the answers to every one of them right off the top of his head. We thought, oh wow, this guy is amazing! He was patient too and spent quite a bit of time with us. Another thing we liked was, we wanted to customize the trust to better identify the specific needs of our family. He legally incorporated ever single one of them into the trust itself. A third thing we liked is Richard saved us from ourselves. We thought our estate planning ideas were sound from advice provided in the book. Richard pointed out several problems with our strategies that would have come back to haunt us. He won’t let you screw up! Fourth, he impressed upon us the importance of funding the trust now. The way we understand it, the trust doesn’t take effect until it’s funded. Richard provided specific instructions on how to do that, both in writing and in conversations with us. Finally, we were just as impressed with Richard’s staff as we were with him. They’re highly organized and anticipate your every need. There’s no better group of knowledgeable, polished professionals than the folks at Morgan & DeSalvo. We have recommended them to our friends already.

Revocable Trust and Living Will

I reached out to Richard, my financial advisor's recommendation. Richard promptly scheduled an appointment with me and my wife and explained the details about Revocable Trust. He also described the differences between other options, such as Living Will and Irrevocable Trust. All of this was done ove...r a Zoom call from the comfort of my home. He reviewed my expectations and provided specific advice about the type of Trust, the benefits, and maintenance. He meticulously had me and my wife listed all our financial assets and real estate. Ideas like planning the percentage of benefits passed on to my children and the age schedule were constructive in putting together a thorough plan. The elapsed time to complete the documentation was about six months. I paid half upfront and half after completion. Richard’s team connected me through this period and shared the drafts. He set up another Zoom call to educate me on the prepared draft. This beneficial session lasted over two hours, during which Richard answered every question my wife and I were seeking clarity on. I have become familiar with what otherwise looks like a legal pile of papers. Once I signaled my clarity and understanding, Richard’s team scheduled my wife and me for an in-person visit to his office to sign the documents before the witness. It is a friendly office with a supportive staff; the signing process was about an hour. I now have peace of mind that I've got a Revocable Trust, a digital copy of it, and a Living Will; all my life's efforts are covered, and I can have my family continue to build on my efforts further. He is also available to answer any follow-up questions or processes.

After my husband’s death, I needed to update my will, POAs, establish a trust, etc. to get all my legal affairs in order. I arranged a ZOOM consultation with Richard to explain what I wanted & hoped to accomplish. He listened, took notes, asked questions, and answered my questions with easy to follow... suggestions & recommendations. The review was also held via ZOOM, & he was very thorough in explaining every draft document that had been prepared. The signing with witnesses was done in his offices & was handled efficiently & quickly with no “hiccups.” Richard & his staff were courteous, competent, professional, and very thorough with all facets of my estate planning. I highly recommend Richard for any of your estate planning needs.
