Attorney Reccommndation

In addition to being very personable, Richard Morgan was very professional. My will was very thorough and covered many contingencies that I didn't think about. He also recommended that I look into my financial plans and possibly change the way the beneficiaries are set up to make it easier for the ...executor to work on my estate. I strongly recommend Attorney Morgan if you need a will, power of attorney and advanced directive for health care.

Credible, thorough and trustworthy

I'm a repeat client of Richard's practice, Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C. Richard helped me put together my estate plan documents previously in 2014. In 2017 he helped me update my Power of Attorney & Advance Directive for Health Care to align with recent changes in Georgia state law. Great Experience

After a divorce, I met with Mr. Morgan to establish Power of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directive. He spent a lengthy amount of time on the initial visit to educate me on the different facets of estate planning. He never charged for this service. Mr. Morgan and his staff were very professio...nal and organized. I highly recommend Mr. Morgan for your estate planning needs.
