Estate Planning Services.

Very professional, patient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We updated our Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives for Health Care, and created separate Revocable Living Trusts. After my husband’s death, I needed to update my will, POAs, establish a trust, etc. to get all my legal affairs in order. I arranged a ZOOM consultation with Richard to explain what I wanted & hoped to accomplish. He listened, took notes, asked questions, and answered my questions with easy to follow... suggestions & recommendations. The review was also held via ZOOM, & he was very thorough in explaining every draft document that had been prepared. The signing with witnesses was done in his offices & was handled efficiently & quickly with no “hiccups.” Richard & his staff were courteous, competent, professional, and very thorough with all facets of my estate planning. I highly recommend Richard for any of your estate planning needs.

Estate Planning

My wife and I utilized Richard Morgan to redo our Estate Plans, Wills, POAs and Health Care directives. Richard and his staff were wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations.
