Mr. Baity has literally proven to be my savior. I was recently pulled over and given a ticket for having some pain medicine outside of a prescription bottle. I had paperwork showing my prescriptions from the day after the ticket to the current date, paperwork showing that I had knee surgery, and pa...perwork showing that I have chronic back pain. The only piece of paperwork that I could not provide was my prescription paperwork for the term when I received the ticket. Mr. Baity went to bat hard for me. Not too long ago I was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Baity continued my case 2 times due to the fact that the DA's weren't willing to negotiate a proper plea he said. So on my third court date, Basically as soon as court opened, he came out and told... me that my case had been dismissed. I was shocked to the fact that my record isn't the best.
