I have had three attorney's in Cumberland county since 2013. WITH one of my attorneys dropping me just two weeks before my trial. I wish I would have know about Ms. Hatley and I know I would have done do much better than 1 dollars of alimony of per month after 23 years of marriage. I hired Ms. Hathe...y for an order for a concent to allow me to leave NC and she found a mistake that my second attorney did not catch and fixed that and then took my case an I am happy with how she has held my hand over the months. I have been fighting with the ex and she kept me calm over these months. I feel she is an amazing attorney that made time for me and my case at times on Sunday and just needed an update with an email from her person email. I hired Angela back in May of 2015 to handle my divorce and during that time there were some charges that were brought on by my husband that were false accusations stating that there had been domestic violence. My husband took my daughter and wouldn't let me know where she was. I was pregnant and sca...red to death. Angela worked very hard to get an emergency custody order to get my daughter back safely. Her and her office worked diligently on my case to dismiss the charges that I was falsely accused of and I was able to move back to my home town. When my baby was born, we went to court for child support and my husband was being difficult about not wanting to pay child support for the baby and even accused the baby of not being his own child. He actually didn't show up for court and lied to a judge about his duties to the Army so that he wouldn't be able to go to court the next day. Angela got us to court the next day and I came out of that court room with a child support order. I was pleased with the work that she did on my case. It has been extremely difficult because I moved out of state but she and her staff has worked hard on my case and I appreciate everything they've done.

Ms Hatley is THE attorney to retain if you want to win your case. She is very thorough, caring and patient. She took her time to completely explain every step of each process of my custody suit with me. I was attempting to obtain custody of my 10 year old granddaughter and it took 357 days , but Ms H...atley did it ! Not once did we not have My granddaughter with us through the whole ordeal. She was able to obtain the correct paperwork to have her place with us immediately . I cannot say enough good things about her .
