I was arrested for my 4th DUI and a host of other driving charges after going through a checkpoint. J Brad Smith eagerly took my case and got ALL the charges thrown out! I'm so happy to have my life back. I have used J Brad Smith for all of my DUI cases. Now I don't think twice about driving home af...ter the office party! Thanks Brad!

Attorney Brad Smith is GREAT!

I was stopped at a checkpoint on March 31st of 2014 and blew a .08. I was devastated on being informed that I was being arrested. I had no idea what to do. I looked online to find an attorney and fortunately found Brad Smith. I called his number on a Saturday and he immediately called me back. We set... up a time to meet the following week. When we met he was VERY professional, asked me about the details of what occurred and said he thought he could take care of it. No promises were made only information given on what he needed to help fight the charge. 1 year and 3 months later he had the case dismissed. I have NEVER been so relieved. This firm and this attorney are the best and I truly appreciate their professionalism in handling my case. They were always on top of what to do in each situation. Brad Smith is a great attorney. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Simply the best

Brad Smith is an expert in DUI law. My case was dismissed thanks to this guy. Lauren Cobb handled my refusal hearing and it was also dismissed. Highly recommend this law firm to anyone facing a DUI.

insurance lapse

I had a insurance lapse and had to turn my tag in. I was pulled over and the cop ran my plate. I had insurance at the time but was given a ticket. With the help of these lawyers the case was dismissed!

wonderful representation!

I was arrested and charged with hit and run, I contacted Mr. Smith after a long debate about what I should do, they gave me the advise and information I needed to consider, I weighted my options contacted other lawyers and came back here for my representantion. I was cleared of my charges on the fir...st court date and did not even have to appear. I highly recomend J. Bradley Smith they are everything you could ever want in legal representation.
