An amazing lawyer!

Mr. Smith did a phenomenal job representing me in my case. All I did was tell him what he needed to know about my case in a 15min session and showed up to court when I had to be present. At first I felt like I was being left out of the loop, because all the firm told me was when to show up to court..., nothing else. Later I came to realize it was because no news is good news. They took care of all the legal matters I just had to show up and sit down. I didn't have to worry about one single thing, Mr. Smith and the firm took care of me as if i were the president. Mr. Smith is an up front down to earth person, he will not beat around the bush with you. He is not the cheapest lawyer, but you definitely get the work ethic you pay for! also He wears a bow-tie to court, any lawyer that wears a bow-tie in the courtroom tells you something about him, he is awesome. You are in good hands with James Bradley Smith!

Liked to hear your case than Fee

I really like how he listened to my case before deciding how much he will charge for case. He is really up front person and try to understand you, so he will know how to fight your case. A+

Fantastic Lawyer

He handled my DWI case. He gathered the information needed and when he found an opening he took it. He is very comfortable in the court room and knows the law very well. His office is also very helpful in answering any questions. I was very pleased I went with Mr Smith he looked at my case in a diffe...rant angle that no one else even thought of and won the case based on that.

Friendly and knowledgeble Attorney.

Attny. Bradley Smith was so awesome, Mr. Smith along with Kathryn was always on top of my case, kept me in informed, and always provided me with detailed options about my case, my case continued for over two years, but, he continued to fight on my behalf, and guide me all the way through till the... final court hearing, he presented my case with exceptional arguments and proved my innocence and WON the case, I was truly greatful for the winning, and I couldn't have ask for a better lawyer to represent my case, thank you thank you for the outstanding result, I hope no one has to endure such a stressful incident like my self, but if anyone of my friend were to be faced with such case, I would no doubt recommend Mr. Smith and Kathryn to represent them. " Excellent Work !"

AWESOME!!
