Arnold & Smith

Arnold & Smith were great. They really helped me with my case and were reliable. I was satisified with the outcome overall. I would recommend hiring them as needed.

The Best Of The Best

I would absolutely recommend James Bradley Smith to represent anyone in court. The reason i say this is because he was very professional, he and his office kept me informed, and not to mention he won my dui case! Mr.Smith made me feel like i had nothing to worry about and was always on time and promp...t whenever i had court. He also made sure i knew what time and day i had court in advance every time. I'm not going to lie i was nervous during court under the circumstances i was there for but, Mr.Smith came to me and said " You want to make a bet that i can handle your case in ten questions". I was immediately relieved and i was confident because i had him in my corner. When it was time to start my case he represented and defended me like a client should be. The research he did on my case and being that he knew all about amendments and former court case sealed the deal. The judge had no choice but to dismiss my case and let me walk. So if you are looking for a magnificent lawyer James Bradley Smith is your man!

Traffic defense client

Firm did a fine job in handling my minor case with little fuss. They always were very responsive via email or phone and answered all questions that I had. Service was excellent for the flat fee paid.

Highly Recommended Team

Mr. Smith and his team are extremely professional, always kept me informed, and reassured me that all would turn out well. I was always informed of worse case & best case scenerio. Luckily I never had to learn more about the worse case scenerio being that all turned out PERFECT. I couldn't had as...ked for more. I would recommend Mr. Smith and his team to anyone.

The BEST Lawyer in Charlotte!!

Brad Smith took great interest in my case and every detail regarding it. He is professional and a great listener. He did everything within his power to get my case dismissed and it was. His office staff is great. Very supportive.
