My husband and I hired Amy to handle the adoption of our daughter last year. We had little to no experience with adoption and Amy did a fantastic job of walking us through the process. It was actually Amy who found the opportunity which resulted in our being matched. Our daughter was born in ano...ther state so Amy worked with our lawyer in Kansas to coordinate the inter-state paperwork so we could bring our baby home. Throughout the process, Amy was professional and supportive. Her level of communication could not have been better. She fully understands the emotional roller coaster her clients are on and is extremely quick to relay information which we were so grateful for. We were certainly sad to hear that Amy decided to move to North Carolina as we fully intended to reach out to her when we are ready to grow our family. We had a wonderful experience and give her our full endorsement.

We were needing an attorney for our private adoption. We had a lot of questions and were hesitant to hire an attorney because we weren't 100% sure the mother would decide to place and we didn't want to "waste" money. After talking with Mrs. Fox, we felt that she understood our situation and helped to... explain how their system works. She was very personable each time we spoke or had any contact. When our son was born, it happened to be on a holiday weekend. Mrs. Fox took time away from her family to correspond with us to find out what the next step would be. I really appreciated that. She had paperwork ready and was available when we needed her to be. We had used an adoption agency on a previous adoption and never had any communication. I was blown away by the communication we received with Mrs. Fox and I took time to thank her each time she would let us know anything, even "small" items. Bottom line: Very professional, very personable, VERY reliable and GREAT to work with.
