Teen citation…

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I contacted Mr. Cohen’s office on Monday, spoke with Carol about my son’s auto accident, signed the legal documents, provided them with the citation and insurance claim documents and by Thursday the case was dismissed. AMAZING and EFFICIENT!! Could not be happier. I will recom...mend them to everyone and will use them again for any other incidents that may arise. Thank you Mr. Cohen and staff y’all Rock!!

Charged with Reckless driving/driving with permit 90/55

Mr. Cohen did a great job with my case. Being young I made a bad choice I really needed a second chance. Mr. Cohen was able to get my Speeding - 90/55 reduced to Speeding 64/55, which in itself will not impose any insurance points, but will impose license points, and will not revoke my license. My ch...arges of Reckless Driving and Lic/Permit No Supv Driver <18 were completely dismissed. Thank you for your help I greatly appreciate your service.

75/55 Speeding Ticket

Great job! Reduced ticket to improper equipment and just paid a small fee. His office was easy to work with and very helpful with info when requested. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant working with the DA's office on traffic issues

Mr. Cohen did an excellent job representing this college student who made a stupid mistake driving way too fast on my return to Wingate. It was late in the evening and I thought since no one was on the road I was good to go. The officer felt otherwise when he pulled me over. Gave me two citations ...as he was entitled to do. I thought I was doomed until I worked with Allison in Mr. Cohen's office. They were able to work with the DA's office to get a very good outcome--it was better than I had thought possible. I have learned my lesson, and am grateful for the work Allison and Mr. Cohen have done on my behalf. Thank you to everyone involved and yes, I will slow down once my parents give me my car back---I may need Allison and Mr. Cohen to help me (kidding) with that as well as they are are a pretty firm "no" at this point. I guess there is a price to pay for being stupid....
