I found my new go to lawyer!

It's been several years since I've needed an attorney, I decided to try someone new this time. I wasn't disappointed what so ever! I won't have to research any if there's ever a next time! Excellent and thorough attorney

We were referred to Mr. Cohen by an attorney in Charlotte, NC. We retained Mr. Cohen to help us with our daughter’s legal case to see what options we had to have her criminal record expunged. After reviewing her case, meeting with the appropriate ADA, and obtaining additional information from the ...arresting officers, he was able to he successfully have her convictions dismissed and he is handling the expungement of her record. We did not think this would be possible and are forever grateful to him for clearing the way for her future. Excellent and compassionate attorney. We would highly recommend him and his team.

Speeding Ticket Hero

My husband has a heavy foot and earned himself a 65 in a 45 mph zone on New Town Rd by a State Trooper on his way to work one night. Although he hasn't had any tickets in the last 4 years, prior to that his driving record was horrible so I thought for sure whatever Attorney we picked would have a t...ough time getting it lessened. I called Zachary Cohen's office the morning after my husband got his ticket and they instantly told me they could get it lowered with no points or insurance increases. They took my payment over the phone, appeared in court on our behalf, then emailed us to let us know that everything was finalized. They even turned in our Court Fees for us. Hopefully, we won't have to deal with anymore tickets but if we do Cohen will be the only person we will have represent us in court.

Literally couldn't be happier

Zach looked at every avenue of my ticket case and explored every aspect. He addressed my issue with the local police department and got he ticket waived. I could. It be happier with the outcome of this at all. Simply Zach was the man on his and his practice is amazing at what he does.
