Speeding ticket

In March 2019 I was charged with a speeding violation (72 in a 55) and I contacted Mr Cohen's office for assistance for a court date early May. After providing all the necessary information I was told there would be a good chance of having this reduced to a Faulty Equipment violation and not incur an...y insurance or license points. The whole process was handled via email and one phone call and I did not have to appear in court. It was all handled professinally and efficiently by him and his staff. The final result was the Faulty Equipment Violation. Needless to say I was very pleased and would gladly use him again as well as recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

First Class Attorney Who Knows His Way Around A Courtroom!!!

I heard about Zach Cohen over the years and how he was the best. I now know it to be the truth because he just saved me years without a license and even time behind bars. I’ll admit my case was a tough one, but Zach made me feel comfortable from the minute I sat down with him. He owned the courtroom ...and was never shaken by any event during my case. Excellent Job

He got my ticket dismissed the very next day. It was for one of those new left turn areas on Hwy. 74. All staff were very quick to respond and were highly professional. Could not ask for anything more. If you need a attorney in Monroe, NC. I highly recommend them.
