I was represented by Mr. Davenport on a pretty open and shut case in which a State Trooper pulled me over,gave me a breathalyzer,then had me get back in my vehicle and drive another 3/4 of a mile "so my car wouldn't be towed". The officer then arrested me for DUI,and when taken to the jail,this offic...er had me blow over 10 times,changing the mouthpiece 4 times. The last mouthpiece,he dropped on the floor,and wanted me to blow into it,and I refused. So I was arrested for willing refusal,along with speeding. Firstly,...the case should've been thrown out because the trooper let me back in my vehicle to drive AFTER administering a breathalyzer (Violates Protocol).Secondly,..for the trooper to do what he did at the jail is Entrapment. Would not recommend this man to anyone that is looking for an attorney that will do everything in his power for his client. He simply wants to plea your case ,and take your money. I could have done better representing myself,instead of paying this man $3000.00............
