I called the office and spoke with a very pleasant lady. She answered my questions and then I spoke to Mr. Cotten himself who was upfront about the possible outcomes resulting from a speeding ticket. The price was very competitive and he obtained a reduction in speed which had no points associated at... all. Mr. Cotten was very accessible throughout the process.
