He answered his own phone (after hours, and with his baby crying in the backgroud) was so patient with my excessively detailed accounting, and was genuinely reassuring that indeed, I was not going to go to jail.. I was very pleased to say the least about the service I received from Jeremy. I was in an accident and was cited for Failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision.
