I got a speeding ticket, which was actually bogus because I was using my cruise control at the time. I had it set for 78 in a 70. Two trucks were coming from behind me at a very fast rate of speed. I saw the cop car just pull behind the bridge and wasn't even stopped before we passed him. The truck i...n the right lane went past me and I pulled into the right lane to let the other truck by me and thought the cop was going after them but for some reason pulled me and said I was going 90 in a 70. I called Tony and he explained my options, which all sucked, but I know he was being honest because he said the same as the 3 previous lawyers I called for consultation. Hopefully I won't need another lawyer, but if so, what has won me over to Tony's practice, is because when he went to my initial court date, he didn't get a satisfactory deal for me, so he was requested, and was granted, a continuance for another date. On that day, Tony got me the best results I could hope for in this type of situation.
