Best lawyer you could ask for.

Mr McCain not only offered great legal advice and direction but also followed though in a timely, professional and friendly manner. I am extremely grateful for my experience with his law office. Court case had desired outcome.

Took care of everything

I came to Mr McCain about two misdemeanor charges. My record was clean no priors have any type, so I called Mr McCain was able to review case and got everything taken care of for me. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal counsel.

Amazing!!

I called Richard's office on a whim needed a ticket in NC taken care of, I live out of state. Richard's office personnel was very sweet as well as quick to assist me. And when I say quick I mean QUICK! I called for assistance at 12 pm and by 3 pm he had both of my tickets RESOLVED! He avoided points... on my license and my insurance. He was quick efficient and honest and the possible outcome. I hope to not have any more driving issues in NC but if I do I will never call another lawyer again. Wonderful experience I HIGHLY recommend.

Richard's office got a "Voluntary Dismissal" on a 85 in 65 speeding ticket

Title says it all. Through some legal wizardry, Richard got a pretty serious speeding ticket dismissed!
