Communication

Hands down, the worst experience with working with an attorney in terms of communication. I was referred to this attorney by an immediate family member who is rather embarrassed by this offices' lack of response to their clients. My case has not been resolved yet and I'm less annoyed of that than the... client relations by this office. Unfortunate indeed

Will not answer phone

I have called at all times during the day. Calls just go to voice mail. I can't believe someone there is on the phone during their whole work shift!

I've had my hearing, my attorney I talked to once on the phone, I met at court. I was advised to go get phyicals buy the attorney and the judge agreed. In my hearing the doctor regarding my back said there are no jobs for me, not once but twice. The attorney did nothing but set and type and ask me a ...couple questions, and the judge asked me a few questions. Now I am waiting my decision. I was told after calling that I may need another hearing???? After the doctor in court said there are no jobs for me?? My doctor agrees! I am on the verge of firing this firm.. It's been two years, and a lot of medical evidence.

Devastated

I feel like the firm is too expanded. I’m sure they know what they’re doing, but I feel like I kinda fell through the cracks. I had several different caseworkers, two different lawyers. I only met with them once before my hearing. Needless to say I was denied SSDI. I’m not blaming it all on them, my ...case was difficult because I have Fibromyalgia. I feel like though, if there was more one on one time with better communication it would benefit so much. I filed in 2012 and continued through 2018, with one denial after another. I now am told I can no longer apply for benefits.” We don’t take no for an answer” was not the case for me.
