Disability

Jan Dils was amazing!!!!! The assistance we received for my husband's disability was above what we could have ever imagined. They were ALWAYS diligent and very professional. We expected this process to arduous and they definitely came through with a WIN. Would highly recommend.

Best choice ever made

I was recommended to use this firm while at a Medal of Honor ceremony at the White House. I fought VA for 9 years and lost every claim… Jan Dils law firm fought for me and got me from 30% to 100% and won every appeal… They followed me to two different states and flew an attorney to Nashville for a Vi...deo Appeal Hearing.. I would not have won any claims without their help… Hard to get an attorney or Caseworker on the phone calling them directly because of their caseloads but always received a call back within 24 hrs.. Highly recommended this law firm to fight for you!

True Asset to Being Accepted for DISABILITY

I dealt with several caseworkers. ALL were terrific. They kept in contact with me. Advising me in many medical areas. I kept my medical appts. And from before Christmas 2020 until finally receiving my call from Social Security that the Disability was approved 6/2/22

Disability

Awesome Team

The team of Melissa Lamb ,Sabrina Stanley , Jatana Boogs , all worked on getting my my SSDI case approved . They constantly communicated with me as to what was need of me and were my case stood on a monthly basis . Extremely Professional on time with everything that was needed to stay the course . ...Case approved and financially it couldn’t have been a better time .
