Devastated
I feel like the firm is too expanded. I’m sure they know what they’re doing, but I feel like I kinda fell through the cracks. I had several different caseworkers, two different lawyers. No communication

Worst experience.
Hired Jan Dils but never saw her once. Dealt with another attorney in her practice whom wouldn't return my calls or emails. She was never available to answer any questions.
