Outstanding Attorney

This is overdue and I apologize. I waited until I received the last of the back pay before I wrote. I want to express my gratitude to anyone and everyone on your staff (Heather, Cindy, Jenny, Kelly, and Missy) that had a part in my receiving my disability benefits. I also want to acknowledge Jo... Beth Baird. I did not know what to expect before I went before the judge. She explained the process. She calmed my expectations and concerns and I knew what to expect during the conference with the judge. During the process she was confident, to the point, and handled the legal process of the proceedings very professionally. She is an asset to your team. Great Advocate for Veterans

As a veteran, I have been extremely satisfied with the assistance I've received from Jan Dils Attorneys regarding my benefits. They have been thorough, professional, and continue to support me with my ongoing claims. Their expertise in navigating the complex VA system has made a significant differenc...e, and I truly appreciate their dedication. However, I do have some concerns about their communication process. Every time they call, it's from a different number. I don't typically answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and I've already saved several of their numbers in my contacts, only to find out they no longer use those numbers to contact me. This has led to missed calls and delayed communication on my end. Additionally, I've noticed that whenever I try to call them back—regardless of the time of day—my calls go straight to voicemail. It’s hard to believe that someone is on the phone all day long, and if they are, I wonder how they manage to get any other work done. It would be much more reassuring if I could reach a live person or receive a call back in a timely manner. Overall, while their legal support has been invaluable, improving their communication practices would make the experience even better.

Communication

Hands down, the worst experience with working with an attorney in terms of communication. I was referred to this attorney by an immediate family member who is rather embarrassed by this offices' lack of response to their clients. My case has not been resolved yet and I'm less annoyed of that than the... client relations by this office. Unfortunate indeed

Devastated

I feel like the firm is too expanded. I’m sure they know what they’re doing, but I feel like I kinda fell through the cracks. I had several different caseworkers, two different lawyers. I only met with them once before my hearing. Needless to say I was denied SSDI. I’m not blaming it all on them, my ...case was difficult because I have Fibromyalgia. I feel like though, if there was more one on one time with better communication it would benefit so much. I filed in 2012 and continued through 2018, with one denial after another. I now am told I can no longer apply for benefits.” We don’t take no for an answer” was not the case for me.

No communication

I hired this firm for Social Security Disability and the communication is poor if any. No two people give you the same information. When I asked what are you doing to help me they said "well we check your status for you"- I can do that on my own. I have never received any documents or emails from t...his firm. I had to practically beg for help. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
