I would like to say thank you so much to Jan Dils and all her staff for all the time they put in and the great work they did on my case for VA benefits. They actually got them for me and I was amazed. I didn't have much hope, but after explaining my situation to Jan on the phone she said she felt i...t was a good possibility, that she could get my benefits. When I came out of service in 1978 I was told at the Huntington VA that I had been awarded a 40% disability rating and that I would receive no compensation for that small amount but that I would receive healthcare. But that if I wanted to persue it at a later date I could do so. I waited a long time because I worked at a good job. After the mines were closed and I became unable to work I asked the VA about it and they told me all records had been burned in a fire in St. Louis Missouri. Jan said she could find the records. I finally got what I felt I deserved and what was promised me in 1978. So at age 65 and 40 years later I was awarded a 70% disability rating. Thank God she was able to do what she did I actually am able to live a bit more comfortably now.

I'm very happy with the service I received from the Jan Dils group... Everyone was very helpful and my lawyer (HK) and case workers was great.... The only problem I have is the process took so long... I'm still waiting on my back pay and it's been over 10 weeks... SSA needs help bad... Thanks Jan... Dils and HK

I can think of a better representation than this team. Jan Dils team is truly the best. I was afraid, nervous, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, you name it...this team reassured me, spoke with me and answered any question as quickly as possible. On that big day for my hearing, my Attorney, Devon, was ...right beside me and not only professional and reassuring, she showed that she actually felt my pain.
