The team of Melissa Lamb ,Sabrina Stanley , Jatana Boogs , all worked on getting my my SSDI case approved . They constantly communicated with me as to what was need of me and were my case stood on a monthly basis . Extremely Professional on time with everything that was needed to stay the course . ...Case approved and financially it couldn’t have been a better time . Rarely do I write review or answer surveys regarding a service, but in the case of Jan Dil’s, legal services I felt a need to sing praises to Jan as well as her employees. Not knowing who to call for help with obtaining Social Security Disability, I googled the SSD attorneys and blindly picked Jan Di...l’s office. I was helped immediately. Not only was I given encouragement, but treated with great respect as well. I would encourage anyone who isn’t sure if they qualify for SSD services or any other needs to please call Jan Dil’s office. This review is brutally honest. I worried for over two years whether or not I would be approved. I heard all the horror stories of people worse off than me being declined and had no idea how I would survive if I had been denied so when my phone consultation was scheduled with the attorney (Laronda), ...was anxious but prepared. Then no one called. I waited for nearly an hour and called Jan Dils office. The attorney rescheduled my consultation for two weeks later and again no call so I asked for a different attorney . My new attorney was Corey Lowe. I spoke with him for approximately 25 minutes going over the details of my case and that was that. When you see billboards and watch Jan Dils commercials you expect the attorneys to be the best at what they do and Corey was just that. The day of my hearing the judge asked me only routine questions such as name dob etc… that was it., Corey did all the work and explained my issues better than I ever could have. In fact, the judge complimented him on how well prepared my case was. The lesson I would like to share is be patient, speak up if you need to and when you do have a consultation try to be as best prepared as possible by writing things down. Having said that, I forgot lots of things but the staff at Jan Dils did not and addressed it at trial. I highly recommend these folks, especially attorney Corey Lowe.

I love this firm. They went above and beyond the call. They didn’t take NO for an answer in my disability case. I had began my journey in Huntington and when the judge wouldn’t transfer my case to Parkersburg when I moved here, the firm continued to handle my case so I didn’t have to travel to Huntin...gton for my hearing. I recently had a new change of address and I called the firm. The staff at Jan Dils took care of change of address for me with the social security.
