It gives me great pleasure to write a few lines about my recent court appearance and the help I received from Mr. John Greenside. I was ticketed with reckless driving at 85 mph in a 60 mph zone while driving home to Maryland from Virginia. Back home in MD, reading about VA traffic law, I was disapp...ointed to know that, in VA, RD is considered a crime with a potential sentence of up to a year in jail and/or up to a $2500 fine. So, during the time between the incident and the court date (about five weeks), I was under a stress never experienced in my life. I asked Mr. Greenside to represent me in court. He was very professional and experienced. He advised me of what to prepare, which I did. When we met at his office, he was quite supportive and friendly. This relieved most of my stress. At the court, I was impressed by John’s address to the judge, who reduced the charge to a few miles over-speeding. I didn’t speak a word. I paid a small fine and was free (of stress !!)
