I'd never been to court before and John totally dissipated my anxiety regarding the situation. I felt at ease through his professionalism and confidence with my case from the moment of our interview, while in court together, and after the judge dismissed my offense. He made the process quick, painles...s, and communicated with me the whole time. One thing I thought was exceptional was when calling the office, if his secretary is unable to answer, the calls are forwarded to his cell phone... which really made the experience personable and comforting as it made me feel like a person and not just another needy client. After getting a speeding ticket when driving in a state I’m not from and don’t live in, I had no idea what to expect or what the result would be in the court case.
