Assault&Battery and Public Intoxication

All charges were dropped. We are so blessed to have found Mr.Dunnigan. From day one,he has been straightforward,honest and has had our best interest at heart. His staff went above and beyond making sure we were well informed on what was needed and that the firm was by our side.

Super impressed

I was very pleased with Mr.Dunnigan and his friendly staff. I had received a speeding ticket one morning on my way to work. Mr. Dunnigan represented me in court and got my ticket reduced and I did not lose points on my license. Thanks Dunnigan Law you did a great job!

Professional and Courteous

Dunnigan Law was very helpful and professional from the beginning. The staff was courteous and helpful and told me exactly what documentation they would need up front. They also recommended that I go ahead and take the VA Safe Driver course before my court date. Mr. Dunnigan was prompt to my court... appearance and through his professional dealing with the judge, my charges were dismissed. I am thankful and greatful that I used Dunnigan law.

Polite, professional, well-connected lawyer

Brian was outstanding throughout the whole process. He was polite towards me and the other court officials, and ended up getting my charges dropped based on what he recommended me do before the trial. I can't recommend him enough.
