I was happy with the decision that happened on my court case I got lucky because the officer didn’t come to court I didn’t really know what was going to happen to me because so much change since the last time I was in traffic court it was up to the judge but back then it was up to a prosecutor so he ...really couldn’t tell me what was going to happen to me in court But he got my case dismissed because the officer didn’t show up so I am happy and I thank him for it and will I recommend him to someone else yes I will

Mr Dunnigian assisted in my driving on suspension dui related; which can lead to an additional year suspension. He and his staff were pleasant and helpful in assisting to get the charge reduced to driving without operator license on me when i pulled over which is a $10 fine and doesn't affect my dmv ...record. This was very important to me because I had just been promoted to manager clear my background check and have valid licenses. I would recommend him to anyone of friends and associates he has reasonable rates and have payment plans.

Hired Mr.Dunnigan (Brian) for a RD (failure to stop for school bus) charge in Newport News VA. He told me he could get the charge reduced to a civil charge without being on my driving record. Needless to say, the results wasn’t as he said. The charge was reduced to a civil charge as he said but would... still show up on my driving record as an infraction; after he reassure me it wasn’t. Most likely I could of achieved the same results if I represented myself. (my $450 lost, his $450 gain) I figured he would be able to do something that I wasn’t able to do on my own (boy! Was I wrong) He also told me he was going to summons a valuable witness to appear in court but never did what said he was going to do. I called a couple days before court just to confirm that he did summons the witness & his staff also reassured me they personally sent it out. (Obviously a lie) Nevertheless, Mr. Dunnigan didn’t even prepare for my case & it showed.I WOULD NOT recommend him to represent ANYONE in any type of law.
