Hire David Long!

Mr. Long took ample time with us to explain the severity of our circumstances and how he would handle it. There were no surprises and we were very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him.

Traffic ticket

David was thorough and professional and was able to help me reduce my speeding ticket from 53/35 to 53/45 due to poor signage. The judge also awarded me no points to my record which was my ultimate goal.

Reckless Driving/Speeding

I can't say enough positive things about David Avard Chipman Long Esq. for I was charged with Misdemeanor Reckless Driving, Speeding 91mph/70 mph . I was facing suspension of my North Carolina Home State License as well as a Criminal Misdemeanor Charge for Reckless Driving (employment). Mr. Long was ...attentive, thorough, and helpful throughout a very difficult time. I truly appreciated Mr. Long's straightforwardness, management of expectations, and willingness to answer my many "what-if" questions. Mr. Long stayed in contact throughout the weeks leading to court, provided very competent advice and represented me in court without requiring my appearance and produce wonderful results. No criminal charges, No suspension

Overall: excellent experience

Mr. Long is VERY quick to respond, fully answered any questions I had, clearly laid out the necessary steps and ultimately acheived the best possible outcome in my case. I am an out of state driver that was charged with reckless (81 in a 70mph). The whole process was painless- he handled everything h...e needed to and kept me in the loop. I cannot recommend him enough!

He helped me out.

Mr. Long helped me out with a speeding ticket that I got in a speed trap while traveling through Virginia. I am not a resident, so I thought I was totally without recourse. Luckily I found him on google. All my charges will be dropped once I finish an online course on driving. I can't recommend him h...ighly enough - he gets it done with little to no stress.
