David was the 10th lawyer I consulted with over the phone regarding my case. I received a speeding ticket for a misdemeanor charge in Virginia and I lived in the West Coast. While he relayed the same information as the best case and worst case scenario as other lawyers, he was the only one that asked... me for an auto biography and circumstances surrounding the incident. He was familiar with the judge who would be the most likely to hear my case. After perusing information about him via the internet, it seemed that his lifework are his clients and focused on being the best representative. Other lawyers seemed distracted with building up their firms or answering to the head partners of their firms. With his representation, the judge dismissed my case.

David was excellent and got me out of an eluding charge where they were able to not have enough evidence to convict me so I paid nothing except for his services. He arrived on time and was very professional and respectable. He gave me his personal cell phone and was available in the evenings to sp...eak with me. If I called him during the day while he was in court, he always returned my call that day.. His staff was extremely nice and courteous on the phone. He made me feel so much better about the whole experience I was very nervous about the whole thing. Court can be very intimidating since most of us have no clue what goes on in front of the courts.
