I, like many, fell victim to the notorious Dinwiddia, VA speed trap and Virginia's utterly absurd reckless driving law. My offense was 87 mph in a 70 mph zone. In Maryland I probably would not have even pulled over, but in Virginia, thus is reckless driving and a misdemeanor crime. After calling a... handful of attorneys in the Richmond area it was very clear David Long knew the system, the judges, and knew exactly how to handle my case. David even goes as far as asking for a biography so he can humanize his client to the judge and make the case that this offense is not in your character, but rather, a one time lapse in judgement. After speaking with David I paid his very reasonable fee (just as or more reasonable than other attirneys I spoke with), sent him my bio and driving record, and then sat back and waited for David to do his work. Like many others who have used David, I was informed that the judge had dismissed my case with the only requirement being I take a $35 online driving course. If you end up in a similiar situation, I urge you to contact David and let him do the work for you. Simply paying the fine for this ticket would have cost me thousands of dollars in fines and increased insurance premiums, but for just a few hundred dollars, David handled everything. And as far as my record shows, nothing ever happened. I genuinely recommend David Long for anyone fighting a serious traffic violation and am very grateful for the services he provided me.

I am a 20 year old college student and received a Reckless driving ticket for going 86/65. I got into contact with Mr. Long the Monday before my Trial, which was on Friday of that week. I got him all the things that he requested on Thursday morning. Those things being a short biography about myself, ...my driving record, and payment for his services. So, despite this short notice, Mr. Long acted professionally and took my case seriously. He ultimately had the case dropped, something I had not even thought possible. (But I will be doing my darndest to prevent that!)
