Mr. Stanton and his office were amazing. I never lost contact with his legal assistant/office and was informed through the entire process. I was charged with reckless driving and got it dropped to improper driving. He made me feel like i was taken care off. His personality will calm and assure you as... well. Don’t worry!

I was charged with reckless driving 103/70 (criminal offense) in New Kent County. Under the advice of William Stanton, I was able to take the necessary steps to get my charges reduced to simple speeding - 9mph over! It was a scary situation to be in; with my alleged speed I was looking at potential j...ail time, increased insurance premiums, and a suspended license. With Stanton’s help, I only had to pay a $250 fine. I could not recommend retaining William Stanton enough. If you’re on the fence, just do it! He will get you the best result possible.

When we called he agreed to see us. After looking at my case he said he could get my case dismissed. We hired him and did what he asked (driving school, driving record and a summary of crash to get the facts straight. He did all the speaking to the judge and my case was dismissed! I'd give 10 stars... but only allowed to give 5!
