O1a approved

Actually I collaborated with NWM on several petition applications, including recently approved O1a. The whole communication went pretty smooth. My case manager has been responsive and professional through out the course. I really appreciate their effort on my cases.

NIW I-140 No RFE

Well organized petition package with professionally drafted petition letter. They did quite a lot of homework for my background and polished the package with supporting data (worldwide citation/journal ranking etc). Keep in mind that they have a good understanding of the metrics immigration office...rs use, and therefore were able to present my academic work in a convincing format that is easy to evaluate.

Professional and responsible

I am so grateful I selected the New Weiming Law Group for help with my green card (both I140 and I485) and O1/O3 VISA application. Special thanks to Don Forest! He is very professional and responsible. My first I140 application was rejected and Don helped to re-organize the petition letter and use ea...sy to understand language to emphasize my significant contribution to the profession field. My second 140 was approved immediately without any RFE. I've recommended New Weiming Law group to several friends for their green card or visa application and I will keep doing so!
