The last thing I ever thought to happen to me would be arrested for a DWI with a high BAC. My son is an attorney out-of-state and did some quick, but intensive research and recommended Mr. Katz. I realized he was right, showed up in court with him the next day, and had my court-date rescheduled (was able to move, much to the relief of my girlfriend). Eventually I was found not-guilty of a .088 DUI. You want this guy in your corner because he gets sincere pleasure from being right. Jon has a tough personality- in and out of court. He will fight for you, with killer instincts. Jon gracefully navigated our way through the legal system. He identified weaknesses in the case, and attacked those weaknesses like a dog. What threatened to take over and ruin my reputation was successful...ly handled by Jon because of his knowledge of the court system, and his unending commitment to puncture holes in the case.
