Just bloody hire him! Stop your research as I have done it for you. Not only did I do research, but experienced it first hand. When I spoke with him he was realistic. Did not promise anything other then he will fight for me till the very end. He did, and did it with dismissal of my m.d. charge. B...TW, my case resulting in dismissal was not only improbable but possibility of it happening was in .001% range. Yet he figured it out. Do not give up! Appeal if you lost the first round, and stick with Jon! Remember, as Jon says, you have two bits of the apple! Japanese proverb says: Strategy without plan is a daydream. Plan without strategy is a nightmare. Jon comes up with both strategy and plan how to execute it. Simply unbelievable! I think there has to be a third class besides Samurai and Ronin. I would like to call it JON: One that can do what neither Samurai nor Ronin can. Just hire him!

Where do I begin, I was facing a dwi 2nd within 5-10 years along with a refusal.
