Jon is a wonderful person and an excellent lawyer. My case was very complicated and the county in which I was charged with a first time DUI does NOT usually plead down to reckless (just for reference - there was someone with a 0.07 BAC earlier this year that was still convicted of a DUI in court!!!).... I was obviously very concerned about how getting convicted would impact my future. Jon was very supportive through the entire process and worked very hard on my case. He consulted other lawyers and also worked with an expert who wrote a letter on my behalf stating the breathalyzer results were faulty (based on many different factors including the machine not being calibrated accurately - the calibration records were obtained by Jon). He was able to plead down to a reckless, which was a miracle!!! And I was very grateful to have someone so hardworking on my team. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone convicted of a DUI. He is more expensive than other lawyers in the area, but he makes the impossible happen!! So it is definitely worth it in my opinion.

When I first met Jon I was in a terrible shape, I was just arrested for DWI and spent the night in jail straight after which I found Jon's name on this website and he made time to meet with me the same day. The moment I walked into his office he validated my feelings and got straight to work - with a... great sense of humor nonetheless. I will admit the day of court was hectic and crazy and he did not have the time to dumb down the legal vernacular which I found stressful but he told me to trust him and I did. THANK GOD I DID! The outcome of my case was beyond what I expected and I still don't know how he did it. Not that I expect I will ever need a criminal defense attorney again but I never thought I'd need one before and wish I'd had his contact info when I decided to get behind the wheel after a couple drinks. He helped me all the way , knowledgeable , very high sense of humor to lighten the mood , everyone likes him , the judges and the prosecutors , when i got my DUI all my friends referred to me a lot of lawyers but i found MR. Jon here on avvo , i met him and then i hired him on the spot never regret m...y decision , very good man and amazing lawyer , and the surprise after he is done with my case he sent me a check with a part of his fees as a refund and he said because he didn't feel that he spent much time as he was expected on my case because we accepted the deal before the trial date , For me it is not about the money but it shows how much he is honest and a good man .
