Master of defense!

Jon is an absolute master of his craft with a passion to defend his clients! I was unjustly charged with drunk in public at a national airport for wearing a world cup jersey and "smelling of alcohol." My airline refused my boarding and called the police and without any questioning, I was arrested per...fectly sober. Jon fought for me in court and took my drunk in public case all the way to trial where he hammered the arresting offer for not offering me any sort of intoxication test and for not displaying any drunk in public attributes. It is unheard of to be found not guilt of a drunk in public, yet Jon knew my innocence and knew I was unjustly arrested. Jon is such a kind man and takes his cases very personally. No matter how small or large your case, Jon will get you the results you need and I highly recommend him for his unbelievable experience and for being a master of his craft. There is no lawyer like Jon and you can count on him to keep you informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Jon is the man and I can't thank him enough for having my found not guilty under a jury trial and beating the unjust system!

Would not recommend

I would have been better off representing myself. I recieved no type of privileged driving my lower tickets were not dropped off like they would have been if we took the pled bargain. And when I had trouble getting what was offered to me he said he would no longer help me so I was left with a 4000 do...llar bill and nothing to show for it! Absolutely awful.

Even one dissatisfied client is one too many. Without my disclosing client confidences, this client is saying we went to trial rather than taking a plea offer that would have dropped lesser tickets. I repeatedly advise going to trial when the benefits of pleading look marginal (for instance the marginal benefits of a plea offer that would do little or nothing more than eliminate comparatively insignificant tickets). That is the only possible avenue towards an acquittal. The writer seems to say he had trouble getting the plea offer benefits after his trial, but by definition the plea offer is extinguished by going to trial. I do not decline to help my clients pursuant to their contracts with me, including post-court. On the contrary, I make myself fully available to my clients. I invite this reviewer to call me so I can be fully responsive to his concerns.
