I have been charged with a serious case, I did not know how to find a lawyer. Everyone I told my story, they said you'll for sure go to jail. So finally I found Jon Katz, I hired him. I hired Jon based on Research and reviews which were all great. Sometimes he can be tough on but trust me just do his homework and you will not get much results with any other lawyer in the DMV area. This guy is gonna fight till the last moment just for the hope to get something good out of the bad. I had 111 mph speeding reckless which is way more than double than the posted limit and not a single person told me that i'd make it out without serving a JAIL sentence. And in fairfax its unwritten l...aw that you gonna get at least- 1 day in jail for every mile over 100 mph and this cases dont get any mercy from judge or prosecutors. very rare senarios has may be one or two examples of getting out without any Jail sentence after doing 105+ mph. Spoke to a lot of youtube stars ( lawyers who has plenty if videos in youtube) but even they couldn't give me hope. But what u know ... Jon made it happen for me, we were lucky , continued the case for 4 times till he thought its a good judge & prosecutor to face. He had only one opportunity to use, and he did it. He got a great deal with the prosecutor. I am convicted of reckless driving, fined & lost license but no Jail time makes me one if the rare examples of not Being JAILED after such speed. Judge said if it was upto him he would've given me at least A MONTH IN JAIL !!! incredible. I m thankful to u , u Crazy man.

Hire him if you want a savvy lawyer who is willing to fight to the end for you. Someone who is up front and works hard to get you the best outcome possible. Jon made a horrible process easier to handle. I came to him with a DWI charge and he instantly made me feel like he was ready to fight for me. H...e is not only concerned with winning your case, he genuinely cares about you. In the beginning he went to court and got me off probation for the time period before my trial. When it looked like all hope was lost he negotiated a plea deal which kept me from serving jail time. He fought for me all the way. Arlington county is one of the toughest counties for DUI/DWI cases and somehow he managed a plea deal. He is great at what he does and I highly recommend him. If you need someone to be by your side from day one and to fight for you he is your guy. He won't make promises he can't keep. The one promise he will make is that he is here for you. My family and I were devastated when I made the mistake of getting a DWI but upon meeting him he eased our fears and the day in court we all were able to breathe a sigh of relief thanks to him. He is a great guy and an even better lawyer. Do yourself a favor and hire him!
