Jon was a great attorney! Very knowledgeable of DWI law in Virginia and very straight forward about the process. The end result in my DWI case was definitely better than I expected. Jon suggested that I use a fact witness to add truth to my argument and it worked out wonderfully. I was eventually fou...nd not guilty for the DWI offense, but due to the fact that I refused the breathalyzer test my license was suspended for a year. A small price to pay in my opinion. I can deal with a civil offense.

Jon is a wonderful person and an excellent lawyer. My case was very complicated and the county in which I was charged with a first time DUI does NOT usually plead down to reckless (just for reference - there was someone with a 0.07 BAC earlier this year that was still convicted of a DUI in court!!!).... I was obviously very concerned about how getting convicted would impact my future. Jon was very supportive through the entire process and worked very hard on my case. He consulted other lawyers and also worked with an expert who wrote a letter on my behalf stating the breathalyzer results were faulty (based on many different factors including the machine not being calibrated accurately - the calibration records were obtained by Jon). He was able to plead down to a reckless, which was a miracle!!! And I was very grateful to have someone so hardworking on my team. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone convicted of a DUI. He is more expensive than other lawyers in the area, but he makes the impossible happen!! So it is definitely worth it in my opinion.
