First off - Jon is a very affable person who makes you feel at ease when explaining your situation. He is non-judgmental, does not look down you or the situation and warms up to you pretty quick thereby putting you at ease and allowing you to give him very critical and important information crucial t...o handling the case. I have been arrested twice for DUI within a span of 1 year and things for not looking good at all - I was depressed, stressed and extremely worried. The trial lasted for over an hour and Jon was relentlessly pounding the officer, prosecutor and changing the thinking of the judge with every new argument exposing several weaknesses in the case. What was hopeless slowly started t0 look better due the methodical and tenacious behavior of Jon. Result: NOT GUILTY. Hands down – the best choice I have made based on my overall experience, I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM. DO whatever he says and give him the ammunition to fight for you. He can make things happen. Have belief and respect his homework, decisions and most importantly his gut feeling on how to proceed.
