Though I felt I had a legitimate reason to speed passed a dangerous driver who was actively texting AND looking down at her phone multiple times resulting in her car swerving from lane to lane... I got hit with a 67mph in a 35mph zone in FF county. The officer was matter of fact and listened to my s...tory but still issued the tickets to me. A classic case of "I caught you speeding... I did not see her texting and swerving". After getting the tickets, I contacted Mr. Green. This is the 2nd time I used Garrett Green. The first time was in 2017 (reckless driving) and I was able to have the charge dropped so I used Mr. Green again for this infraction. Mr. Green was available to me by phone and email... answering all of my questions (I contacted him three separate times before my hearing). He gave me a detailed list of things he needed from me to help in my case, and he was professional and patient with each communication. Mr. Green was able to have the reckless driving charge dropped with me ended up with a non-speeding violation with a minimal fine and court costs. A blessing, for sure. I was very happy with the outcome and overall experience. While I hope I don't need to hire Mr. Green a third time due to my poor driving habits... I absolutely would hire him again, if needed, to help in reducing my driving charge and lessen the fine. Mr. Green - I appreciate you and your service.

From the start Garrett Green made the whole experience super easy and less stressful. I notified him a week before my case and he was super quick and responsive laying out everything I need to do before hand. He stayed in contact and was quick to respond to all and any questions and ultimately he red...uced the my charges. My family used him in the past and I would use him again in the future.

I reached out to Nichols & Green regarding a reckless driving ticket (and other minor things the cop wanted to ding me with), and Mr. Green took my call. He explained everything regarding the process, told me exactly what I needed to do, and advised me whenever I had any questions. He was able to get... the reckless ticket reduced to something trivial and everything else was dismissed. From what I’ve seen, he’s very experienced, is a nice person, and I am very happy with my experience with him.

I retained attorney Green to represent me on a speeding ticket. I could most likely pursue some ethics violations as attorney Green advised me that I shouldn't attend court and that if I did, it would be pointless. Against my better judgement, I trusted him. Of course, I have no idea if the office...r or anyone even showed up or if attorney Green actually requested the officer's training record and certifications. Attorney Green called me from court on the scheduled day and left a message that prosecution was offering a deal, no points and a fine. Attorney Green decided he thought he could do better so he rejected the deal without speaking to me. Two months later the case was called again, this time apparently the prosecution wasn't going to offer such a sweet deal and I wound up with a 3 point violation and the same fine originally offered. Had I been in court or the original deal had been communicated to me, I would have taken it. Attorney Green took that option off the table for me. Mr Green and the courts are the winners while they enrich themselves off people just trying to make a living. I will definitely not be retaining attorney Green in the future.

Mr.Green was very professional and knowledgeable while dealing with my case. When I first got the ticket I was scared that I would have to pay a lot of money and go to court westing my day. Mr. Green and his associate Dan walked me through the process very clearly and gave great instructions to help... my case that I was confident in the outcome and they didn't disappoint.
