Mr. Green

Mr. Green provided great services and made sure we had a great outcome. Communicated what I needed to get prior to court and ensured that we were prepared for the date. The results speak for themselves: 106/55mph Reckless driving charge: Reduced to "Improper Driving" $500 fine and $67 court costs. ... Aggressive driving/Harassment offense: Nolle Prosequi. Tints offense: Guilty with $10 fine and $16 court costs. Improper display of plates: Nolle Prosequi.

Speeding citation resolution

I was cited for allegedly driving forty (40) over the speed limit in Northern Virginia, an area notorious for imposing severe penalties on speeding drivers. Garrett Green answered my voicemail within 30 minutes and provided an accurate synopsis of my case, while confidently outlying possible resol...utions for my citation. After negotiating with the court and charging officer, Attorney Green exceeded my expectations by reducing my citation to a non-moving violation with a mere ~$70 fine, carrying no points or impact on insurance! This represents the best possible reduction under law. During my search for a lawyer, other NOVA attorneys had even speculated that such a reduction would not be possible. I wholeheartedly commend Attorney Green for his excellent performance and recommend him for future cases!

Unique case, uncertain circumstances, ideal outcome.

Garrett recently represented me in Arlington General District Court on a class six felony charge, wearing a mask in public with intent to conceal identity, and a class one misdemeanor, trespassing. My case has a myriad of unique factors, both mitigating and aggravating, and the commonwealth's case a...gainst us was exceedingly strong-nearly airtight. Garrett provided me with counsel to secure the best possible outcome through mitigation, and as a result both the felony and misdemeanor charge are eligible for expungement after a period of one year. For a story about the circumstances of the case, you can read this ARLNow article: https://www.arlnow.com/2025/03/05/men-charged-after-allegedly-base-jumping-from-ballston-apartment-building/ I am sure this is one of the more unique cases that has come across both the Commonwealth Attorney's and Garrett's desk, and I am glad that Garrett was able to guide the case to a favorable resolution. I would highly recommend Garrett as an attorney to anyone considering hiring him. He is well versed in off-ramps to traditional prosecution and has an impressive knowledge of the state's position (even in unique circumstances such as these). His "bedside manner" is also incredible, and he makes a real effort to put his clients as ease. Once again, to anyone considering retaining Garrett, I cannot reccomend him enough.
