Our son had sailed with and knew Gill. When he got in trouble he wanted Gill right away. He took the responsibly to contact and hire Gill. Gill worked with our son and us, his parents, throughout the whole ordeal. He kept us informed, always encouraged us to call with questions, and was tenaciou...s about getting the best possible outcome. He worked long and hard with the State’s Attorney and the judge before recommending he plead guilty. That was a very sad day. At the plea hearing, he was found guilty, but not convicted. Instead, the judge gave him Probation Before Judgement (PBJ) with unsupervised probation for two years. This was the best possible outcome and beyond what even Gill expected. The judge commented on just how tenacious and persuasive Gill is as a lawyer. Even the judicial system recognizes the competence of Gill.

Gil represented me for a sentence reconsideration in AA Circuit Court. Don't let that bowtie and cool demeanor fool you, he is brilliant, aggressive, and vicious in the court room. First, he calmed a serious situation down a few notches. He also always kept in contact, he put me at ease, and he had a plan. He was well organized, his staff was super-responsive. My case was dropped, and the paperwork for expungement went in the same day. Within 90 days my record was cleared. I ca...n not thank him and his staff enough.
